What do the plan terms mean?
- Workflow
- An agreed sequence of steps that runs every time. For example: a website enquiry arrives, the customer gets your agreed reply, and the enquiry is assigned to a named person to follow up. We agree each workflow’s steps with you before we build it. Standard workflows use the tools in your plan; one that needs a custom integration is quoted separately.
- Booking or quote handoff
- The point where a website enquiry moves into the way you already book or quote, such as your booking link or the person who prices the job. It sits alongside your existing tools; any connection to them is agreed and quoted separately.
- Recorded outcomes
- What happened to each enquiry, where your team has recorded it: quoted, booked, not a fit or no reply. We report what’s recorded, not guesses.
- Messaging and AI costs
- Sending automatic replies and running AI tools has small usage costs. Business covers up to A$20 of these a month and Growth up to A$40. If you’d need more, we ask first.
- Small edits
- Quick changes to your existing pages, like new opening hours, a price update or a new photo. New designs are quoted separately.

A short written review, by email, of your website, how you show up on Google and how enquiries are handled once they arrive, with the 2 or 3 fixes we’d make first. We send it within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays) of your request reaching us. For example, ask on a Monday and it’s in your inbox by 5pm Wednesday. If your business isn’t one we can help, we’ll tell you within the same 2 business days instead. Why free? We’re a new studio, and a useful audit is the fairest way to show you how we think. Use the fixes yourself, ask us to help, or do nothing.
Are there any extra costs?
Your plan’s monthly fee, plus GST. Setup is a one-off A$399 (ex GST), waived for founding clients who sign up by 31 December 2026, Sydney time. Signing up means accepting your plan in writing, and your start date can be in 2027. Business includes up to A$20 a month of messaging and AI running costs, and Growth up to A$40; if you’d need more, we ask first. New designs, extra locations, advertising and custom integrations are quoted separately, before any work starts.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time from your billing portal, and your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Before it ends, we confirm your end date and make sure you can export your content. You keep control of your domain and ownership of your content throughout.
You’re a new studio. Why should I trust you?
Fair question. We’re a new two-founder studio in Sydney, and you’d be one of our first clients. So we’ve kept the risk low: the audit is free, plans are month-to-month, you control your domain and own your content, and handover terms are agreed before we start. You deal directly with the two of us, not a sales team.
How is this different from a DIY builder, a one-off build or a lead site?
A DIY builder gives you the tools and leaves the work to you. A one-off build is finished at launch. A lead site sends you enquiries from its own platform. We build your website, look after it every month and set up what happens when someone enquires through it, for a monthly fee. You can keep using lead sites and your job app alongside us.
Can you work with the tools I already use?
Usually alongside them. Before agreeing the scope, we look at your calendar, booking or job-management tools and tell you plainly what’s possible. We don’t promise a connection, and any custom integration is quoted separately, so you know what’s involved before we build it.
Who owns my website, domain and data?
You control your domain and own your content and business records. Before work starts, we agree how you can export your data and what a handover looks like if you leave. Our reusable templates and third-party tools have their own licences, so a site or workflow we host may need rebuilding to run elsewhere. We tell you what that involves upfront.
Do I need to understand AI or automation?
No. Tell us how enquiries reach you and where they get stuck. We explain everything in plain language, show your team how it works, and people in your business stay responsible for prices, commitments and customer decisions.
